All Olvara products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination. Olvara LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by postal carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to address errors.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first. We will assist you in locating your package but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
