At Olvara, we take pride in crafting each product in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Due to the nature of handmade skincare, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required. Used skincare, sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable. Customer pays for return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Olvarainfo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly replace or refund qualifying products.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved. Olvara LLC reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy criteria.
